However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms. All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method used in connection with any purchase.

5. Shipping Policy

Delivery Scope: We only support delivery within Australia. International shipping to other countries is not supported.
Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for orders of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100). For orders under AUD 100, a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99 will be charged.
Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time: Usually fluctuates between 7 to 15 business days.
Shipping Methods: Our primary shipping logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be canceled directly. Orders placed for more than 48 hours or those that have already been shipped cannot be canceled; you may wait for the delivery and then contact us for a return and refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Once the refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. The estimated arrival time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on the processing efficiency of the bank. If overdue, please contact us.

Exchange Conditions: We offer a 45-day exchange period for eligible products.
User Actions: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the request.
Process: Once your request is reviewed and the item is returned to our designated facility in its original condition, we will process the exchange or refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment institution (such as Visa, MasterCard) and returned to the original payment method.
Refund Arrival: After the return is confirmed, the refund will be returned to your bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account within 1 to 5 business days.
