Shipping policy

 

Shipping Range
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support shipping to any other countries or regions outside of Australia at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • For orders with a total value of 100 AUD or more (including 100 AUD), we offer free shipping.

  • For orders with a total value of less than 100 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD will be charged.

Taxes and Duties
All taxes and related fees are included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional fees or taxes upon delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the following business day.

Order Handling Time
We require 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.

Transit Time
The estimated total transit time is 7-15 business days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Logistics Carriers
We cooperate with reliable logistics providers to ensure your goods arrive safely, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express, among others.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your order status by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • Product Damage or Loss: If a product is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or solution.

  • Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order has entered the handling process, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations. Please review your order details carefully before completing the payment.

  • Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery failures or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Signing Notes
Upon receiving your storage sheds, outdoor sofa sets, outdoor table and chair sets, or outdoor chairs, please inspect the external packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the delivery. If there is visible damage, please document it with photos and note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, then contact us immediately.

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order but before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address, and any redirected shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or because of multiple failed delivery attempts by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge for the additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or major public infrastructure disruptions.
